2. Processing Time

Made-to-Order Items: Some of our items are made-to-order, which means processing begins after your payment is confirmed. Please allow 5-7 business days for these items to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Ready-to-Ship Items: For items that are not made-to-order, processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier.
3. Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Within Hungary: 3-7 business days.

Within the EU: 5-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or postal delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. You will see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping carrier’s website.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at novenima@novenima.com. We will do our best to update your order details, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at novenima@novenima.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
8. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders outside Hungary, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
