Refund policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under Hungarian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, no questions asked. This applies to all items unless they are customized or personalized specifically for you.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at novenima@novenima.com to notify us of your decision.
  • Return the item(s) in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with all tags attached).
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, size, or color).

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at novenima@novenima.com upon receiving the item(s). We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item, size, or color). If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at novenima@novenima.com, and we will arrange a replacement or reprint.

5. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items made specifically for you.
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear) if the original packaging has been opened.
